Aftercare/Nursing Facility

Our Notary Publics will travel to any aftercare health facility in Torrance and the surrounding cities. The fee also includes up to two signatures notarized, POA or Heathcare Directive provided (if needed), and help filling out the forms (if needed.)
 
*Principal must have current and valid government identification or two witnesses that know the principal and can testify to their identity, but should not be a party to the document.
