Local Hospital Mobile Notary Service

Our notary Public will travel to any hospital in torrance and the surrounding cities. The fee also includes up to two signatures notarized, POA or Heathcare Directive provided (if needed), help filling out the forms (if needed.)
 
*Principal must have current and valid government identification or two witnesses that know the principal and can testify to their identity, but should not be a party to the document.
